compensation, reimbursement, or credit in lieu of any discount not honored by a merchant.
* Discounts are offered directly by merchants. The Bank is not an agent, representative, or guarantor of the merchants, their products, or services.
* Discounts may be subject to merchant specific terms, conditions, exclusions, or validity periods. Customers are advised to confirm details with the merchant prior to
making a purchase.
* Any complaints, claims, or disputes regarding merchant discounts, merchant products, or merchant services must be addressed directly with the merchant. The Bank will not intervene or mediate such matters.
* The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the discount program or participating merchants at any time without prior notice.
* Discounts are applicable only when payment is made using the Al Baraka Platinum Debit Card at participating merchants, subject to merchant acceptance and provision
of the associated discount.
