* Any complaints, claims, or disputes regarding merchant discounts, merchant products, or merchant services must be addressed directly with the merchant. The Bank will not intervene or mediate such matters.
* The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the discount program or participating merchants at any time without prior notice.
* Discounts are applicable only when payment is made using the Al Baraka Platinum Debit Card at participating merchants, subject to merchant acceptance and provision of the associated discount.
