To ensure fair and equitable utilization of discount offers, Allied Bank has introduced Fair Usage Terms & Conditions for Premium and Infinite Debit Card discounts. These terms and conditions have been duly aligned to promote responsible and transparent usage of discount privileges. * b. To prevent misuse of card/discounts and its commercial use by the cardholder, the Bank reserves the right to monitor card transactions for excessive or disproportionate usage of discount or promotional offers and can impose any threshold per month consequent to this monitoring. The Bank’s determination of excessive/commercial usage or misuse shall be final and binding, and the Cardholder shall have no right to claim or any recourse in this regard. * c. To ensure fair usage of the discount, only one transaction per card per day is allowed at a single alliance partner. Additionally, a maximum of 3 transactions per card per alliances partner are eligible for the discount in a month. If more than 3 transactions are made, the bank reserves the right to charge or recover the full amount of discount from the card holder for any additional transactions. * Allied Bank Cardholders may be entitled to the discount offers in respect of payments made at the selected Merchants and Alliance Partners through their Allied (Visa, UPI-PayPak) Cards including Credit & Debit cards.
